Lucinda Williams hat für sich die Folk und Rock Musik gefunden. Dabei handelt es sich jetzt nicht um ein wirklich neues Album von ihr. Car Wheels On A Gravel Road ist vielmehr ein remastertes Album. 1998 erhielt sie für das Album einen Grammy. Jetzt wurde es einfach neu eingespielt. Zwei noch unveröffentlichte Stücke mit drauf gepackt und eine alternative Version vom Song Still I Long For Your Kiss. Damit es aber eine Deluxe Edition werden konnte, findet sich auf der zweiten CD Konzertmitschnitte von folgenden Konzerten: Live At The World Café, Penn's Landing und WXPN Singer Songwriter Festival

Lucinda Williams has found Folk and Rock Music for herself. Even when this is not really a new Album from her. Car Wheels On A Gravel Road is more a remastert Album, where she got a Grammy in 1998 for the original, that she now recorded new. There are two new Songs on the Album as well and a alternative Version from the Song "Still I Long For Your Kiss". So it could be a Deluxe Edition, there are recordings on the second CD from the Concerts: Live At The World Café, Penn's Landing and WXPN Singer Songwriter Festival
