Bobbe Seymour spielt Steel Gitarre und das schon sein Leben lang. Er arbeitet seit 34 Jahren an verschiedenen Orten in Nashville, darunter auch die Grand Ole Opry. Zuerst hat er mit vielen bekannten Künstlern, wie z.B. Ray Price, Billy Walker, Tony Smith, Stonewall Jackson und Clark Gray (der einige Hits in den Charts hatte als Bobbe Seymour bei ihm anfing), zusammen gearbeitet. Dann ging er in die Studios und war für lange Zeit Studio-Musiker. Er ging bei den Studios ein und aus und hatte außerdem seine eigenen CDs bei verschiedenen Labels veröffentlicht. Ein Zeit lang war er bei GRT und hat ein Album mit dem Titel "The Happy Steel Guitar" veröffentlicht, das sich weltweit wirklich gut verkauft hat. Das war zu der Zeit als er damit begann mehr CDs zu machen und mehr zu verkaufen. Seither ist er ein professioneller Steel Gitarrist. In erster Linie ist seine Musik gute Country Musik ohne Gesang.

1980/1981 befand sich die USA, und wahrscheinlich die ganze Welt, in einer finanziellen Rezession. Zu der Zeit war Bobbe Seymour als Studiomusiker tätig. Die Rezession kam direkt nach der Ölkrise und man konnte kein Benzin bekommen und die Flugpreise waren astronomisch hoch wegen der Spritpreise. Für die Plattenfirmen war es schwierig das Ölprodukt, das sie zum Pressen ihrer Platten brauchten, zu bekommen. Die gesamte Musikbranche war am Boden. Die Plattenaufnahmen kamen beinahe zum Stillstand und gleichzeitig kamen all die Straßenmusiker, die wegen des Benzinmangels nicht reisen konnten, in die Stadt um Studioaufträge zu bekommen. Es gab also nicht nur halb so viele Aufnahmen wie vorher, sondern es gab ungleich mehr Musiker auf dem Markt um diese Aufnahmen zu machen. Man konnte als Studiomusiker kein Geld verdienen. Darum begann Bobbe Seymour über eine Alternative nachzudenken und erinnerte sich an all die Leute, die ihn um Steelgitarren und Zubehör gebeten hatten. Er kannte sich mit Steelgitarren aus, er wusste wie man sie baute und reparierte, er wusste praktisch alles über sie was es zu wissen gab und entschloss sich darum sein eigenes Geschäft aufzumachen. Bis heute gehört Steel Guitar Nashville, www.steelguitar.net , zu den größten und bekanntesten Stores für Steel Guitar Spieler auf der Welt.

Auf seinem Album „Live At Loco Lupes" präsentiert einer der besten Steel Guitar Player, Bobbe Seymour, jetzt zehn zeitlose und inspirierende Country Songs mit traditionellen Einflüssen. Das es sich um ein Live-Album handelt, verrät schon der Titel. Somit ist auch klar, dass Live-Kommentare vom Virtuosen der Steel Guitar, Bobbe Seymour, mit dabei sind. Das Loco Lupes, welches ein sehr großes und gutes mexikanisches Restaurant in Hendernville ist, war an dem Abend, als das Konzert aufgenommen wurde, bis auf den letzten freien Platz besetzt. Und wenn ein Mann wie Bobbe Seymour ein Konzert veranstaltet, dann kommen sie von überall her. Prominenz an dem Abend waren Leute, wie Waldo Weathers (ehemaliger Saxophonist von James Brown), Country Legende Billy Walker, Producer Ray Baker (der Mann hat so viele goldene Platten im Haus, dass er es damit tapezieren könnte) und viele weitere.

Bobbe Seymour has been playing the Steel Gitarre all of his life. He has been working in different places in Nashville for 34 years, one of them the Grand Ole Opry. At first with many well known Artists like Ray Price, Billy Walker, Tony Smith, Stonewall Jackson and Clark Gray, that had already a couple of Hits in the Charts before Bobbe Seymour started working with him. Then he went to work as a Studio-Musician. He went in and out in different Studios and published his own CDs with different Labels. For some time he was with GRT and had a Album with the Titel "The Happy Steel Guitar" published, that sold worlwide really well. That was the time that he started making and selling more CDs. Since then he has allways been a professional Steel Guitarrist. Mainly is his Music good Country Music without lyrics.

In 1980/1981 the US, and probably the whole world ,was in a fincial recession. In that time Bobbe Seymour was working as a Studio-Musician. The Recession came directly after the Oil- crisis and it was imposssible to get Gas and Flight prices where outrageous because off the Gas prices. It was hard for the Record companys to get the oil-product that they need to manufacture their records. The hole Music business was at the bottom. The recordings came almost to a stand still and all the street musicians, that couldn’t travel around because of the Gas prices, came into the city to get work in the Studios. So there where not only half of the amount of recordings, there where also many more musicians then before to record these. There was no money to make as a Studio-musician. So for those reasons Bobbe Seymour tryed to think about some alternatives to make money, and he thought about all them people that asked him for Steelguitars and suplys. He knows everything there is to know about Steelguitars , he knows how to build and repair them,so he decided to open up his own Business. Till today is Steel Guitar Nashville, www.steelguitar.net , one of the biggest and best known Stores for Steel Guitar Players of the whole world.

On his Album „Live At Loco Lupes" one of the best Steel Guitar Player, Bobbe Seymour, recorded ten timeless and inspiriering Country Songs with traditional influences. That it is a live Album can be figured out by the titel. So it is clear that there are live comments from the virtuoso of Steel Guitar, Bobbe Seymour,to find as well. The Loco Lupes where the Concert was recorded, is a big and very good mexican Restaurant in Hendernville, where every seat was taken that night. When a man like Bobbe Seymour gives a Concert, people come from everywhere. Celebertys at this night where people like Waldo Weathers (former Saxophonist from James Brown), Country Legend Billy Walker, Producer Ray Baker (the man that has so many golden records in his house that he could use it as wallpaper) and many more.
